It started in a castle.
Manchester, UK. A psychic retreat inside a centuries-old estate, walls lined floor to ceiling with portraits of aristocrats — old families, old power, old money. Standing there, I thought: what if those were dogs?
Ceasar didn't wait for me to figure it out. He'd already known for years.
He's my dog. And he has always, always, communicated one thing very clearly — the best seat in the house belongs to him. No debate. No negotiation. It's simply understood.
This painting is his portrait. He told me exactly who he was. I just picked up the brush.
